Life is full of unexpected challenges, transitions and grief that can be painful or overwhelming to talk about. My desire is to provide a safe space for people to feel deeply seen and understood. I work with individuals navigating complex trauma, postpartum depression/anxiety, ADHD, and major life transitions. I also enjoy supporting fellow helpers and empaths as they learn to set boundaries and carve out space for themselves. My approach is largely influenced by Internal Family Systems, Attachment theory, and engaging/tending to the nervous system.
