Sometimes life changes in an instant- an injury, diagnosis, or loss can turn everything upside down. Surviving something like this is about learning how to live in the middle of it, finding hope and resilience where you can, and knowing that your story, your pain, and your inner strength matter. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and offer telehealth in Colorado and Arizona. I am passionate about supporting individuals and caregivers navigating major life events and changes that result in grief, adjustment challenges, anxiety and depression. As a family caregiver myself I have a unique understanding of what it is like navigating the unfamiliar emotional terrain that comes with life altering events. My approach emphasizes creating a safe and compassionate space where you can feel seen and understood.
