Whether you're the one directly going through it, or love someone who is, you are thrust into a world you never expected to be in and carrying a weight you did not ask for. Moving forward is not about "getting over it." It’s about learning who you are in the midst of it and finding hope and resilience where you can, even when it feels impossible. I help individuals gently find their footing after major life changes and medical trauma. You don’t need a single defining event to reach out — many individuals I work with feel overwhelmed by how much life has changed and want support. My approach blends grief and trauma-informed care with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in a safe, supportive space.
