I love supporting women and nonbinary folks who are self-identified over-thinkers. I help people bridge the gap between mind and body and learn how to use both as a guide to break through stuck areas and places of stagnation. I help women reconnect to self-trust and gain clarity about how to build a more fulfilling life. I often help people heal from anxious or avoidant attachment styles to build the kinds of relationships they want. Sometimes this involves setting healthy boundaries and often this involves processing pain from the past.
