Life is not always easy and obstacles often get in the way of happiness & well-being. Acknowledging the need for change and reaching out for help to facilitate this can help create feelings of empowerment and hope. I utilize CBT and use a client-centered approach emphasizing the importance of genuineness, empathy, & unconditional positive regard. It is my goal to help a client feel safe & secure in an environment that is judgment-free & comfortable. I am dedicated to aiding people in working towards developing increased self-awareness & acquiring healthy coping skills as they work towards improving mental health and feeling happier.
