Everyone has a different personality and a unique set of problems, so everyone’s path to healing should be designed differently. I use scientifically proven methods of treatment in a non-judgmental, warm, empathetic way, sometimes sprinkled with a lil humor. I also teach fun psychological tools that can reduce anxiety, trauma and stress reactions.
