As a licensed therapist and former elementary educator, I offer over three decades of professional experience in human development, parenting, and navigating complex relationships. I provide clients of all ages a therapeutic space of empathy, compassion, warmth, and honesty where they can feel safe to do the important work of personal growth and healing. I believe therapy is a gift of time and space, grounded in self-love, that you offer yourself.
