Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor licensed in CT and AK. I graduated from Capella University with a Masters of Science (mental health counseling). I am currently working with adults with a variety of stressors: ADHD, anxiety, depression, disabilities, chronic illness, grief/loss and other phase of life issues in a trauma-informed, multicultural awareness, strength-based orientation using a variety of tools customized to the client. I have a life time of experiences and have 6 years experience as a therapist . I lived in AK for 60 years: homesteaded, taught special ed. and lived a year with Athabaskan peoples.
