Hello! Do you ever feel like "you are losing your mind" or "going crazy"? Do you feel like you want to share your feelings with someone but are scared or ashamed, or feeling like you should be able to "fix" your problems? Well, I think most people feel this way from time to time and it helps to have an objective, non-judgemental person to talk with. I am that person. I have been a psychotherapist for over 30 years and love to help people become the healthiest and happiest person that they can be. And, I would love to help you explore your issues in a safe and comfortable manner. The first session is mostly a get-to-know-you visit. I will asking you to share information about yourself that you feel comfortable sharing. We will discuss why you decided to come to therapy, and set some goals that you would like to work on and how we can work to achieve those goals.
