I help people improve their relationships - including problems with emotional connection, sex, and intimacy. Clients reach out for help with some common issues: anxious thoughts, difficulty setting boundaries, feeling disconnected in their relationship, having the same argument on repeat, an unsatisfying sex life, avoidance or awkwardness around sex, low desire, desire discrepancy, wondering "is this normal?" about a relationship or sexual experience, and more. I’ll work with you to identify your needs and goals, build relationship and communication skills, and work towards the relationship and and/or sex life you want.
