At times, we all need support in making sense of our experiences and uncovering what’s getting in the way of healing and growth. I view therapy as a collaborative process—one where we work together as a team to explore your inner and outer world, identify your strengths, and move toward the goals that matter most to you. I work with adults navigating various challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. I specialize in utilizing modalities such as EMDR and art therapy and take a trauma-informed, strength-based approach in my work with clients. I also incorporate psycho education, coping skills, and humor in my therapeutic style, as it is important to make space for light even in the most difficult work.
