My goal is to provide a stable, warm environment for general mental health support & those hoping to explore their existing patterns of behaviors while learning new skills & healthier ways to function. I believe that a person’s mental health is dependent on the many systems around them including family/friends, work, culture, etc. & that normal developmental changes & unplanned life transitions can strain our coping skills/supports. I approach each client as an individual & believe that everyone is the expert on their own life, so therapy goals/interventions are very collaborative.
