I have been working in this field for 11 years, and up until August of 2021, I worked in community mental health which allowed me to work with people of all ages and needs. I have experience working with children as young as 2 and adults into their 70s. I am trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Modular Approach to Therapy for Children and Adolescents. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults mostly processing trauma, working through anxiety, depression, relationships, codependency and developing healthy boundaries.
