I am accepting clients, couples and teens. You are struggling in your relationship with communication, conflict, and ongoing issues. Things were going well between you two, but now you feel disconnected. Anxiety, depression, stress, low self esteem can make the conflict worse. You want to become closer to your partner, cope well, and develop the distress tolerance skills necessary to balance life's ups and downs. You seek resilience no matter life's circumstances. I also work with trauma, life transitions, sexual abuse and DV, maternal mental health, postpartum depression, and new parents.
