My ideal client seeks therapy to increase their awareness and insight into their thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and behavioral patterns. One may notice that they are feeling unhappy, anxious, down, or struggle to understand the dynamics of their interpersonal relationships. Due to the trying times that we live in there has been an uptick in clients experiencing existential concerns regarding the state of the world and need a place to process their feelings. Other clients seek treatment with me to address big and small traumas over their lifespan. Specialties: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Dysfunctional Family Archetypes, Insecure Relationship Patterns, assisting clients in putting the puzzle pieces of their past together to better understand their emotions, thoughts, and behavioral patterns today. I also treat large and small traumas from a one time trauma to the more complex abuse.
