I believe that people are the experts on themselves. However, they often need therapy to help aid them in discovering and changing the patterns in their life that continue to produce discomfort and/or unwanted outcomes. I have worked in the field of therapy for more than 11 years in a many different environments to include residential, forensics, inpatient, and outpatient settings. In these settings I gained experience in working with a variety of people focusing on different struggles to include depression, anxiety, addiction, grief, relationship issues, and other challenges.
