I support clients who are navigating anxiety, identity shifts, neurodivergence, and the complex emotional terrain of being a person of color or other marginalized identity in today’s world, especially those who’ve struggled to feel seen or understood in traditional therapy settings. I’m a good fit for clients who are reflective, growth-oriented, and ready to invest in long-term change. Many of my clients are high achievers, creatives, entrepreneurs, helping professionals, or folks navigating multiple identities who are looking for a therapist who “gets it” on a cultural, emotional, or spiritual level.
