I hold a master’s degree in Professional Mental Health Counseling with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals through healing and personal transformation, and I am also a certified life coach. I’m board certified with NBCC and I integrate and am trained in research-based techniques mixed with transpersonal and spiritually informed approaches, such as dream work, archetypal and symbolic imagery exploration, to help clients gain insight, restore balance, and reconnect with their inner wisdom. I am certified in EMDR and trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and mindfulness-based practices. I am also certified in meditation techniques, Interactive Guided Imagery, and Induced After-Death Communication (IADC), a specialized form of grief therapy that can support profound healing experiences for those mourning the loss of a loved one.
