Through my years of working in human services and being a licensed clinical social worker, I have provided support to many people all having a unique story and unique needs. I have worked in a variety of settings from disability services, smaller clinics in the Boston area, and also in private practice. I have worked with people with mood disorders, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, attention deficits, and substance abuse. I tailor treatment to meet individual needs and preferences. I am versed in CBT, DBT, various mindfulness modalities, and internal family systems.
