I'm a Clinical Mental Health Counselor, and former military spouse of over 20 years. I’m licensed to practice in Maryland, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida, with a background in interdisciplinary care, specializing in an integrative therapeutic approach. I have experience working with a wide variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, ADHD, mood disorders, substance use, relationship difficulties, Women's issues, as well as working with the military, and LGBT populations. My goal is to offer individualized, person-centered care, to help each client meet their individual therapeutic goals. The military community has its own very specific culture, and finding a provider that has a personal connection, and understanding of the unique challenges that service members, and their families face, can make all the difference.
