Welcome! I have been practicing mental health counseling for nearly 30 years. My clients are usually professionals, who are working through life transitions (career, relational, health), anxiety and chronic stress, depression, or traumatic experiences. My clients are looking for deeper meaning and understanding of themselves. I utilize EMDR, Internal Family Systems therapy, and Somatic therapies. I have witnessed meaningful changes in my clients' lives when applying these approaches. With that said I do tailor my approach to each person that I work with. I envision therapy as a collaborative, creative venture.
