Currently Booking 2026 EMDR Intensives. I provide EMDR intensives and individual trauma therapy to adults who are interested in resolving the impacts that trauma has had on their lives and/or exploring the role substances have played in their lives. More specifically, I offer Cognitive Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD, Prolonged Exposure Therapy for PTSD, Written Exposure Therapy for PTSD, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. I have significant training and experience working with PTSD, complex trauma, domestic violence, sexual assault, and substance use.
