Hi! I’m Christine Dufrayer and I go by my Hawaiian name Kukui. I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist. Can you think of a time you really felt heard, understood, and supported? That is my goal in the work I do with the wonderful individuals and families I partner with. I have three main approaches in my therapy tool belt- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), play therapy interventions, and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). Understanding how the ways we think, feel, and act are interconnected can be a really important aspect of growth, and making adjustments can help free up that stuck feeling.
