Let’s cut to the chase, I help people who are looking for self-growth, who want their relationships to improve, who are exploring ADHD issues, and people who want to figure out how to heal from hardship/trauma. We work together to discover the things that are getting in your way of reaching the goals and changes you want. Whether it’s a traumatic experience, toxic relationships, dealing with a beast of an inner critic, or uncertainty of what the problem even is, we will figure it out together. I also have particular specialties working with fellow therapists and military members/families.
