I’m a licensed Clinical Social Worker with 25 years who specializes in working with teens experiencing anxiety and depression, as well as young adults and adults navigating life transitions, stress, and emotional challenges. I provide a compassionate environment to help clients build resilience, develop coping skills, and gain insight into their emotional well-being. Using a stengths-based, supportive and nonjudgmental environment, clients feel heard and understood. Treatment meets each individual’s unique needs and goals.
