I work with those who have experienced trauma and the troubling symptoms that arise from it. Struggles with relationships, a lack of motivation, and difficulties in navigating daily life can arise when past or present traumatic events get in the way. As a trauma-informed therapist and an EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) clinician, I can help you understand why you may feel hopeless, sad or anxious by gently examining and processing troubling life events together.
