Although your story is unique, research has proven that Partners/Spouses of Infidelity or Compulsive Sexual Behaviors experience broken trust and you're likely experiencing symptoms of PTSD (intrusive thoughts, avoidance of people/places, mood dysregulation, etc). Combined with the discovery or disclosure of the betrayal, the associated behaviors of gaslighting (lies & blame) will lead to feelings of incongruence within your body and mind which can make you feel like you’re going crazy. You are not alone, and you are not crazy. There is hope. Hope for healing, restoration, empowerment, and non-victim living. What sets me apart: i am a Somatic Experience Practitioner (SEP). I am a Certified Partner Trauma Therapist (CPTT). I am a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT). I serve my clients individually, in group therapy, and couple's cotherapy (2 therapists in the room).
