I am a licensed psychotherapist with over twenty-five years of clinical practice working with individuals, couples, children, and families. I am a psychologist, certified clinical hypnotherapist, trainer/mentor, and motivational speaker working in individual, family, and group modalities. My approach to treatment/healing integrates the mind, body, and spirit while providing a safe, empathic, nurturing environment that promotes growth as you live authentically with deep and meaningful connections in your world. I specialize in: emotional/behavioral disorders; trauma & CPTSD; grief and loss; life’s transitions; unresolved childhood issues; codependency, and relationship issues.
