I provide a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment for individuals to process and explore concerns that brought them to therapy. My approach to therapy includes exploration and awareness of how the past can influence current and future behaviors; helping clients discover and remove roadblocks to a life of purpose and meaning; challenging clients to believe in themselves once again.
