My goal is to teach people coping skills to improve their quality of life when dealing with substance abuse disorders, anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders. Collaboration with family/support, medical providers, medication prescribers, and other community resources is crucial in creating sustainability and wrap around support for clients. I strive to have flexible hours to accommodate for client's other obligations to include work and childcare are key for ongoing therapeutic engagement.
