There are many challenges we all face and sometimes those challenges can lead to many different feelings. My goal is to provide support, empathy, and reassurance to help empower you so that you may effectively manage any issues that you might be facing. We will work together on discovering your personal strengths and skills so that they can be used to overcome your obstacles and achieve your identified goals. I have worked with an array of clients including chronic mental illness, depression, anxiety, perinatal mental health, family conflict, workplace stressors, and life transitions.
