My goal as a therapist is to support my clients in living a healthy and fulfilling life. If you're struggling with anxiety, general stress, life changes, or relationship/family issues, you don't have to continue to suffer. Together we’ll explore the areas of your life you’d like to focus on, and come to a deeper understanding of why the issues exist. I'm passionate about healing. Talk therapy is helpful, but simply talking about the issues is not enough. When you work with me, you can expect to explore the issues, as well as begin the healing process.
