Hi! I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Florida, with additional licensure in my home state of New York. I graduated from St. Lawrence University in Upstate New York and have been practicing in the field for nearly 8 years. I enjoy working with individuals who are interested in exploring and adapting thought patterns and behaviors that are no longer serving them. Feeling stress in your body and don't know why?
