I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York with many years of experience working as an addiction and trauma counselor. I have a Masters in Arts (MA) from New York University (NYU) in Counseling Psychology. My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, genuineness, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, dialectical behavior therapy with humanistic (person-centered) and psychodynamic features.
