Hello, my name is Christine Hernandez. It is such an honor to collaborate with you towards emotional healing and growth! My passion has always been to empower people towards wholeness and healing. Outside of the clinical setting, I have over ten years of experience working with women towards healing who have experienced trauma, childhood abuse, burnout, anxiety, shame, and broken attachments. I'm also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and had the privilege to be trained by an original trainee of Francine Shapiro, founder of EMDR.
