You may feel like you’re holding it all together for everyone else while quietly falling apart inside—trying to do everything “right,” yet never feeling like it’s enough. I support women navigating anxiety, perfectionism, loss, depression, and trauma, with a focus on postpartum and traumatic birth experiences. Together we’ll work toward understanding, resilience, and meaningful growth through a blend of insight, compassion, and practical tools for everyday life. Trained in Psychodynamic Therapy, EMDR, and Perinatal EMDR, my approach is trauma-informed and centered on understanding how past experiences shape the present. I also integrate Solution-Focused Therapy to develop practical tools for growth in the here and now. Together, we’ll work toward healing, clarity, and meaningful progress toward your goals.
