I see individuals and couples in my peaceful and beautifully furnished office in the Rockridge neighborhood of Oakland. I strive to create a comfortable, accepting and encouraging space, since the quality of the relationship between therapist and client is essential to the work. I see therapy as a process of changing how we think and feel about our lives. I am trained in numerous types of therapeutic approaches, and I use my holistic background to personalize a method most appropriate for each client.
