Or, do you ever feel stuck in a memory, a negative thought, or a feeling? My goal is for us to work together to overcome these barriers so you can live a fulfilling life with a restored sense of strength, hope, and empowerment. In my practice, I primarily utilize EMDR and Ego State Therapy in partnership with my clients. I am passionate about supporting those navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, and loss. I also enjoy supporting women moving through the complexities of the perinatal period, as well as other mental health therapists.
