The clients I most often work with are trying to manage changes in their lives as well as depression, anxiety, self-esteem and a variety of other mental health concerns. They have found that handling daily tasks, finding motivation, energy, and strength to handle life's challenges has become overwhelming. This can be due to current life stressors, or the manifestation of life events from the past. The focus in working together will be to identify your needs and goals, and implement changes and added insight to help you achieve these goals. I have a well rounded background from a vari­ety of clin­i­cal set­tings: pri­vate prac­tice, com­mu­ni­ty men­tal health, inpa­tient psy­chi­atric and sub­stance abuse treat­ment. My experience includes working with individuals as young as 10 and as old as 82, as well as with couples and families.
