I have a therapy practice in VA and DE, and I am a board approved VA supervisor. Supportive reflection with compassionate listening and understanding will be the hallmarks of our collaboratively work in order to achieve your treatment goals. Attending therapy is a time not only to address immediate concerns but to understand how past experiences impact present behaviors and responses. I enjoy working with young adults, adults, and couples to enhance their relationship with themselves and others. In therapy we will build a therapeutic relationship based on trust and respect.
