I've been practicing as a clinical professional in diverse settings and roles for over 25 years. I have extensive training and experience working with adult, adolescent and pre-teen clients diagnosed with anxiety, depressive, and mood disorders, ADHD, PTSD, OCD, neurocognitive/TBI, neurodiversity, behavioral/personality disorders as well as complicated bereavement associated with grief/loss, disrupted relational dynamics, life-stage, and adjustment challenges through a trauma-informed, attachment, and family systems intervention framework. I'm EMDR Certified, as well as EFT, a couples therapy assessment and intervention framework. View 4 Photos Goodness of fit is paramount; the comfortability clients grow into as trust in the therapeutic relationship is strengthened. I combine client-centered, trauma-focused intervention, ACT, DBT, and internal family systems (IFS) for PTSD and related disorders. I'm EMDR certified and trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy, another EBT for couples intervention.
