At any age we may be operating from a dysfunctional system, as a result of negative experiences and trauma. Creating anxiety, depression, frustration, harmful habits, etc. I have lived experience with neurodivergence, ADHD, C/PTSD, trauma, chronic illness & systemic barriers. I can empathize while guiding you through your healing journey.
