We all encounter times in our lives when we are faced with experiences which can be challenging and sometimes painful. I have worked in the mental health field for 25 years and have been honored to work with and help people through those challenges. I specialize in treating individuals who have experienced traumatic events and suffer from PTSD, as well as those who struggle with addiction, depression, anxiety, grief, emotional regulation, personality disorders and relationship issues.
