I have over 35 years experience in helping people make the changes necessary to lead happier, more satisfying lives. I enjoy collaborating with you to form the plan we'll use in your meetings to address your goals in the most effective way possible. Issues I work with include (but are not limited to) anxiety, depression, stress management, impulsivity, ADD/ADHD, codependency, grief, divorce support, assertiveness, parent/child relationships, and parenting skills. My "co-therapist" is Oliver, a 4 year old Yorkie. I work primarily with middle/high school students, college students and adults. I have many high school seniors who continue their sessions via FaceTime if they need additional support at college or are not quite ready to be discharged when they leave for school.
