I am licensed as both a Marriage and Family Therapist and a Clinical Psychologist. I started practicing psychotherapy in 1993 and I love the work so much I have never done anything else. In today's world we don't take the time to listen and get to know each other. We start to suffer from depression and anxiety because we are so disconnected from each other and ourselves. I am trying to change that with one person at a time. I invite you to visit me and see how we can create a journey of healing together. I am a Certified Trauma Professional which means I have training in helping people resolve past hurt and how it keeps them stuck today. Being stuck in the past is one of the hardest dynamics to break. I would love to be the professional to help you break that pattern.
