When working with me, you can expect for both of us to be getting to know you better - we will balance honoring your emotions and challenging your beliefs to help you feel heard, understood, and find your way forward. I've been practicing since 2019 in a variety of therapy settings. My main specialty is trauma but I often work with issues related to divorce, anxiety, and life transitions.
