I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in the state of Connecticut with 10 years of experience working with children, adolescents, college-age students and young adults. My goal of my therapy sessions, is to provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space where individuals can explore their challenges, develop coping strategies, and cultivate personal change. I use a diverse range of evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused brief therapy.
