We all carry a lot inside that others may not realize. I have personally experienced the power and hope that comes from having someone to come alongside and listen. I provide a safe space for my clients to express emotions and words as they work out life's challenges. I approach therapy from an individual and whole-person approach, looking at health from an emotional, physical, spiritual, social, and mental perspective. My Christian faith has been an integral part of my own healing, and I enjoy helping clients integrate their spirituality into the therapeutic work, if desired.
