My approach is relational, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity. I meet clients where they are, honoring their lived experiences while helping them move toward growth and change. I work with teens, individuals, and families navigating a range of challenges, including life transitions, anxiety, ADHD, substance use, parenting stress, and conflict resolution. When working with teens, parents, and families, I bring warmth, insight, and a deep commitment to helping people feel more grounded, connected, and empowered in their lives and relationships. Areas of significant clinical experience include adolescents, adults, and older adults experiencing substance use/misuse, depression, anxiety, relational conflict, and difficulty boundary setting.
