People have various aspects of their lives, and it can cause obstacles. You deserve to be in a safe, nonjudgmental, and supportive environment while you learn more about overcoming these obstacles. I offer that environment and allow you to progress at your speed while learning about your strengths, realizing capabilities, and growth. Change can be hard but understanding and having the support during this process while help make change feel less scary. I have worked with children, ages 9 and up, adolescents, and adults. I have experience working with a range from depression, anxiety, ADHD, and addictions. I use evidence-based and person-centered therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Core Belief Therapy.
